Custom Waveguide: Rigid Straight Waveguide

We offer a full line of straight waveguide assemblies. VSWR is less than 1.05 maximum over the full waveguide bandwidth. All tolerances are + or - .020. Finish is flat black unless otherwise specified during the RFQ configuration.
Medium Power Terminations (200 to 1,000 Watts-CW)

A full line of medium power terminations which use special load elements for the best electrical performance. The waveguide is made of OFHC copper and brass fins are used for heat sinking. These units are used for medium power applications to terminate waveguide transmission lines with a very good VSWR characteristic. VSWR is less than 1.05 maximum over the full waveguide bandwidth. All tolerances are + or - .020. Finish is flat black unless otherwise specified.
High Power Terminations

High Power Terminations can terminate a high power waveguide run and offer a low VSWR (1.10:1 max.). Loads are held in place by heat conductive epoxy and all units have cooling fins to dissipate heat efficiently.  We will design and build custom Terminations to your specifications.  High Power Terminations are Chem-filmed per MIL-5541E and painted Flat Black.

Low Power Fixed Terminations

Low Power Terminations are a low VSWR (1.02:1 typ.) used to terminate a waveguide run.  Brass units are Silver Plated per QQ-S-365D Class A, Aluminum units are Chem-filed  per MIL-C-5541E and both finished with Metallic Blue Paint.

Custom Waveguide: E plane or H plane Mitered Bends

Through our manufacturer agreements, we offer a standard line of mitered waveguide bends for us in a waveguide system.  Use these standard lengths to design your system, or give us your dimensions for a custom e-bend/h-bend combination and we will build them to your specifications.  Typical VSWR for standard mitered bends is 1.05:1 over the full frequency range.  Brass bends are Silver Plated per QQ-S-365D Class A, Aluminum Bends are Chem-filmed per MIL-C-5541E, and both are finished with a Metallic Blue Paint.
Custom Waveguide: E plane or H plane Formed Bends

Throuigh our manufacturing agreements, we offer a series of 45 and 90 degree E plane and H plane formed bends.  Typical VSWR is 1.05:1 over the full frequency range.   Brass bends are Silver plated per QQ-S-365D Class A, Aluminum bends are Chem-filmed per MIL-5541E.  Custom bends offering various angles and configurations are also available upon request.  Finish is metallic blue unless otherwise specified.
Custom Waveguide: Twistable (Flex)

We offer a line of waveguide Twists for changing the polarization in a waveguide system. Twists are left-handed as standard.  VSWR is 1.05:1 typ. over the full bandwidth. Brass units are Silver Plated per QQ-S-365D Class A. Aluminum units are Chem-filmed per MIL-C-5541E. Both are finished with Metallic Blue Paint.  Special Twists are available upon request.
